hi again friends
please vote and feedback abt this website, i have a strong recomendations for it from friends here in cairo, does any have a feeback
i thought i should take ur advice before i do anything  ))
its cheap 40 usd for 1 month 1270 Q with detalied answers..no notes ...hmm what do u think
and the Qs Quality as well??? any ideas

I had purchased the USMLE world review for Step 1 and I thought the questions were so short which is not the style of questions you will see on the USMLE. Be careful with that review. Not the best out there.

USMLE World is so cheap b/c it hardly has any questions and like the previous poster said, the questions are not like the usmle.

i'm working at uw questions for a few days i did also kaplan q-bank and i find uw harder and more subtle than kap. they ask more about mechanisms. i found kapl more straightforward. and..one more thing :my kaplan q-bank average (100%completed)was 73% uw average (50%completed) is only 65% so...decide for yourself

I did kaplan Q bank, 2 forms of NBME and currently doing UW. I disagree with above comments because questions are very similar to NBMe and probably a step ahead of NBME. NBME qts are also shorter. I really like UW a lot. i really mean it. The questions are quite involved and explanatins are exceptional. you really have to have good understanndig to answer these qts. Kaplan has lot of direct qts. I am geting around 50% (kaplan 68%) but i am learning a lot. I recommond it to everyone.

i agree with step12007, i think that UW is very close to NBME's and the real exam. In fact. i encountered 1-2 questions on nbme form thats in the UW q-bank..
they discuss hard to grasp/HY concepts in depth.. i use UW not as an assesment but as a learning tool doing most questions on tutor mode.. the explanations are great..
