I have a few doubts while telling the SPs possible diagnosis. For cases like Angina, Myocardial ischemia, Alzhiemers, GERD and so forth can we tell the SP the same or use words like Heart problem, Nervous system problem and then explain them? Kindly helpm in this matter.
