Hi, amygdalaa:
I applied to mount sinai, Baystate/tufts too. But nothing from them, which keep me wondering. When did you send out your application? I did on Sept. 20th.

For noxar,
it is Mount Sinai NY. I applied only in the NOrtheast.
for Yuxin, I sent my appln in the first week of Sept.
For Lucky_tger,
I have an MS in basic sciences, scores in 90s, no visa, certified, some observership.

I emailed Univ. of Maryland Patho which I applied due to LOR issues. But I got replay: We don't have any openings for 2007!!
did anybody else also apply for this program?

Do you guys have all your documents available already?
I am still waiting for 3 LoRs to upload. I got my first rejection this morning from Cleveland CLinic with one LoR:-( and step 1 score (233/94), awaiting CS, and still to take ck.
That's my first email ever. I'm getting depressed already :-(

Congratuations for 2 calls! I only have one so far. Some one told me that the reason is my cs score not out yet (no certification). Do you think it is the case? I notice you don't have cs yet.

No Yuxin it's not the reason.. I haven't took CS yet. Waiting for visa. I won't have my CS results before Jan.07. I think it is still too early for path. I didn't had any calls till yesterday. Got one rejection frm CCF.

I havent heard a thing from patho yet,even though i applied in 1st week of september....Tried calling up a few programs,so say they havent even started sending out invites yet..Hope the silence breaks soon..

Rejection from Duke. Not surprised. Compared with what AMGs have gotten, I really feel treated like a second class candidate.

Congrats Yuxin,
I got a letter from IU by mail too, but it was REJECTION :-(
I had my hopes up when my husband handed me the letter only to have it crash onto the ground when I finally opened it. It was a nice rejection nevertheless. I wouldn't have complained had they EMAILED the rejection instead of going through the trouble and the signatures and the postage.
HaHaHaa... Life is good!! ;-)
