Hi friends, i am applying for internal medicine residency programmes. i want to fellowship later and stay in usa for atleast 5-6 yrs b4 going back to home country.
what are the pros and cons of accepting J1 visa. is it must that we have to leave country after residency if we do with J1 visa. What are the chances of getting fellowship if we are on J1 visa.
