hi,
please tell me can i apply without california letter receipt notice because the board told me they will send it after 2 weeks fromnow
so i dont have the following:
1-notice receipt for california letter
2-dean letter i will have it after 10 days
3-one letter of recommendation iam waiting for it
i need to know whta will happen if i sent the rest of papers
please tell me.

Dean's letter & LoRs Rn't must
I donno about PTAL, but paying more than 1000 buks to B elgible for the hardest programs in the states isn't along my interests
