Let’s start a discussion on Letters of recommendations (LORs).
-How important is the LOR in the match process?
-Who is the best candidate to ask for LOR?
-Does faculty LOR matters much in case of foreign graduates?
-How about getting a letter from your primary care? For example I have worked with my primary care doctor and she is willing to provide me with her LOR. Should we mention in the letter that she was my primary care?
