VIREMIA MEANS APPEARANCE OF VIRUS IN BLOOD WHICH DOES OCCUR IN VARICELLA INFECTION

The key word is "primary." A primary herpes infection is not systemic. It only occurs at the original site of infection - usually genital or oral.

A primary varicella infection is by nature systemic.

What about herpes zoster? It's the cause of chickpox, right?
