the guy needs to be put on electrical stimulator
also, clinical picture describes a syncope with fizical effort. differential diagnosis w/ aortic stenosis: in AoS, there is a typical murmur (ejection) and normal heart rate, increased 1st sound; in AVB there is no murmur, LOW heart rate etc...
