You dont have to bring labcoats .But you have to bring roller skates . GIrls have to bring witch masks .Guys have to bring artificial long canines which they will have to wear when interviewing with the Program director.
about replying to a rejection mail=.When i get a rejection mail from a program ,i make a petrol bomb ,pack it very lavishly and send it to that program through Fedex.
