I am waiting for slow and pathetic ecfmg system to send me ecfmg certificate. So I was wondering is it safe to apply with being ecfmg certified. Done with all step 1,2ck,csa.

Your title is scary.I thought you are asking for those rejected by their girlfriends and boyfriends for not being ecfmg certified.I have secured my certificate at a safe place and will carry it with me at every future date.
Regarding your qs it is safe to apply without certificate.Your ecfmg certificate status will get uploaded automatically.Not applying now will do more harm than not having the ecmfg certificate.
