in case ure not done with the exam, look thru the exam score thread and note which memebers r in a similar boat..than read thru their techniques
recently recommended step 1 topics include Immunology, neuroscience
patho and pharma to some extent.

Is the Immunology covered in the Kaplan Paediatrics review book enough?

no i still didnot take the exam, still on 12/12, what do you mean about immunology? allergic rhinitis, urticaria ,digeorge,iga etc?? immunization? or somthing else?

If you are an old IMG who has not one basic sciences in a while (like me) then yeah Step 2 will be tougher than normal. Unless you have been in the clinical setting till now. If you are a current graduate then maybe Step2 is better. I went the regular way doing Step 1 before....and trust me IT HELPS A LOT. knowing all that basic pharmac, physio and micro helps not having to keep going back all the time wondering what the Huh??!!!!.......:-))
Having said that if you search this forum there have been tons of people who have done it your way and have been sucessful.
