As IMGS, where do we have better chance to get into a residency program?

I heard NY city welcomes IMGs. How about other places? Boston? New Jersy? Pennsylvania? Other places in New York state?

What is the chanc e at Texas?

Go for states like NY, PA, IL, MI, MO, MA, CT, OH
