E-excessive water drinking as in this man leads to a dec in plasma osmolarity thus osmoreceptors in the hypothalamus sense this and decrease secretion of ADH thus water is not reabsorbed in the late distal tubules and collecting ducts therefore the Urine osmolarity decreases and the urine flow increases to remove this excess water.

Ok, let's get this started...this is an easy one but let's discuss the topic...

answer: e)

Jole, very well explained smiling face thanks

Decrease in Plasma Osmolality will be detected by Osmoreceptors in the Hypothalamus thus decrease secretion of Plasma ADH, water wont be reabsorbed in the Distal tubule and Collecting duct through aquaporines >>> Urine osmolarity decreases and >>> Urine flow increases.
