briquet syndrome:fat file syndrome or somatization disorder with unexplained symptoms in various organs
the usually female patient has often multiple medical opinions andand repeated negative investigations.medical ressurance that the symptoms do not have a demonstrable physical cause fail to reassure the patient,who will continue the <<doctor shop>>.
dear losegirl hysteria has nothing to do with somatization.the new name of hysteria is dissociative disorder and not somatization.
