Hi there: I have few questions regarding CS: 1) If the patients are standardized, how can we get positive findings and if we do, then what are those usually? 2) Do we have to practice ALL the physical exam from some good physical exam's book or just going through all the exam is OKAY (like jsut to memorize what to do or how to do?) 3) Are fundoscope/Otoscope are available in the exam room? 4) And finally, how is Chicago Centre? Thank you very much and take care.

1) I heard that standardized patient can be taught to simulate carotid bruit, pain, etc. You may also see some patients have surgery scars. However, most patients have normal physical exams. 3)Yes. You should use ophthalmoscope in at least 4-5 cases out of the total 11-12 cases.
