A 35-year-old woman presents with complaints of weakness and spasticity in her right leg. She also admits to difficulties with balance and malaise. just wanted to add, please correect me if i'm wrong on this.... a/c exacerbations of ms are treated with corticosteroids disease modifying agents are interferon beta, and glatimramer acetate..delaying onset of disability as well as decrease number of exacerbations also, mitoxantrone is a drug used in ms...adverse effect of dose related cardiotoxicity
