name the only muscle of pharynx which is not innervated by vagus ?

  #2

but i thought none of the pharyngeal muscles were innervated by the vagus instead by Cranial portion of the Accessory Nerve (CN XI). Correct me if i got it wrong! ! !

  #3

kalibonite, you are right that the cranial part of accessory nerve supplies the pharyngeal muscles but it does so through joining vagus in the jugular foramen. So in essence, we could say that vagus is supplying.

I think the answer is stylopharyngeus((9th nerve) right?

yes meg its stylopharyngeus.
