If someone offers a prematch should one take it and then keep going to other interviews to get other prematch to better hospitals or once you accept a prematch you have to sign it right away and it can't be revoked?

Accepting a prematch in itself means that u signed a contract. if u say yes to a pd you, he/she will send u the contract to be signed, failing which u lose the offer. They would like you to sign contact as early as possible.
