I would apply right now, and send the letter later when I would get it. Do not postpone!

Best of luck to you!

Hi Rana Khan,

I dont understand, what do you mean with ( it will be uploaded as and when it comes)

you can assign the writer at ERAS and apply for programs. Program will know that you have assigned the writers for LOR's and they will frequently check that those letters have arrived or not. Meanwhile they will have your rest of application. ECFMG will take easily two weeks after they receive your documents on ERAS. (current time is 10 working days)

It means that u should go ahead and apply with the lors that are currently uploaded(ready to be transmitted) and create a slot for the lor which u will send soon. Assign all lors when applying (max 4) (even the one u have to send). When eras will scan the new lor, it will be transmitted automatically to the programs.

I agree will all that u should apply now.

hey laptop, now dont start that agree disagree commotion again grin
