Hi I have a beginner's question:

I am applying for Internal Medicine residency for 2007. Certainly I don't know which state I can go at this moment. Therefore I cannot take step3 now, right? I mean, if I take Step3 for State A, and finally I go to State B for residency training, then my test won't count. Is this correct? Thanks for your attention.

no. once you pass your step 3 in whichever state, all states will recognize it. it is not state-specific.
