Any one matched to pathology

Have done research in USA for 5 years now, so I think maybe I should just go to pathology.
But seems no one talk about pathology here. Is it a bad idea to do pathology? Is pathology programs here friendly to IMGs?
Any one give me some suggestions?

hi there,

I want to tell you that I know to people that last year matched in Pathology; both of them worked couple of years in Pathology, had publications and good LOR from their boss. It was good for them, because they are old, not much conversation skills. One is now in NY and one in Ct. So it's not impossible if you worked in the field.
