I don't know what to do. I didn't pass step 1 and I knew everything in the Kaplan books and I went through all the questions in the kaplan question bank, but I still did not pass. Any suggestions?

You should check out a site named score95.com. I used their review for my exam and I couldn't believe how good I did. It is so much better than some of those other reveiws.

Yeah, my good friend from medical school also used that program and she had high praise for it too. Supposedly, kaplan only brushes over many of the topics and doesn't go into the type of detail that is really needed for a good passing score. The only reason I didn't get a membership leading up to exam with score95.com is that I was already in huge credit card debt.

I checked the website & it's vgood. It has notes of high yields. q's are direct also.
It looks like this site is 3 yrs. old.
RachelAlexander, can you Pls. tell us more abt your experience on this site? Did you do USMLE WORLD also. The latter is also new....

I bought 5 different review programs, I guess I am a little obsessive complusive about my study, and I thought the program prepared me the best for the USMLE. The note sets at Score95.com are clear and concise and go into greater depth than the Kaplan Review Books. I didn't think the Kaplan review books really helped me very much on the exam.
The question sets at Score95 were just as good as Kaplans, but you get so many more for 1/3 of the money, can't beat that.
Review programs to stay away from are goldstandard, youel's jewels, and the princeton review. They are a waste of time and a huge waste of money. Save yourself the time and more importantly save your wallet the burden.

I agree with some of the previous posts, Score95's review program is pretty cool. But the coolest part was when I got my grades.

Thanks Guys! I just went and purchased a three month membership at Score95.com, it looks promising. The biggest thing is that I have started to study again. After receiving my failing grade, I was so discouraged and didn't want to study, but I have found my motivation.

hey guys, jumping on the bandwagon and joined the Score95.com course... these notes are excellent.. I am a repeater and have noticed that all these topics are extremely high yield and written in a way that is direct. Good histo section and doing immuno now..
how come though this review is like never heard??? when did this come out?

About the HY notes. Are they printable.It migh be difficult to read and try to understand, summarise and make notes and memorise ONLINE.
I juste visited their site.They are note well known are they? and the price is really affordabel!!!
