I am worried how i performed on the test. I felt NBME exams were easier compared to my real test. I am scared about the result. Has anyone felt like this after giving exam on 7th september. I found questions very confusing and harder than USMLE world and Kaplan Q bank ( even though i had solved all 2200 and 2091 questions respectively). But one thing i would surely recommend,that whenever in doubt use this rule: If they have to suggest you some answer, they have to give a very clear clue. They cannot tell you to guess about obstructive sleep apnea in an obese patient without giving the history of SNORING in the question stem.

I'm in the same boat. My dear friends.
Took the CK exam in Sep 13, did not feel good at all.
I took NBME 1 and 2, both are 610/241, UW = 67.00%
but the real exam????
