-in kaplan anatomy-

Trochlear nerve (SO4)

function ; look down and out , intorts

lesion ;

1. weakness looking down and in ( why this happen? he/she can' look down and out..so looking down and in is ok...i guess what do you think? )

2. trobule going down stais ( cause he/she can't look down in out)

3. head tilts away from lesion side ( cause eye can't intort.and it everts.so head tilts away from lesion side)
