97/97/cs 2002 IMG, GC, 1.5 year exp back home, USCE (in a free clinic), observership in a univ clinic where I have 5 publications and a book chapter (all in the US), 1 year in basic research with one paper submitted.; step 3 is coming

thank you guys; I have 10 FP progs for back up and other 30 for IM, so I just hope to get to a good spot but you never know...
