does taking step three help in getting a residency? does the score matter if the ohter steps were low with multiple attempts? and if i get my score in middle of jan, and it is a great score, would that help in programs ranking me higher? or is just step 3 mean nothing as long as u pass?

If u get an excellent score in step 3, it will surely make some difference. How much? No one knows.

Anything above 85, thats what one of the program directors told me

above 90 is considered excellent score, above 95 u r outstanding, and a 99 will change everything
