Probably just depends on exactly how the questions are formatted and how good your test taking skills are. If the answers are already highlighted (like they are on downloaded Kaplan Qbanks) then it will not test your problem solving skills adequately. Also if you haven't taken many questions on a computerized format and have difficulty with time constraints, you may need another source of questions.
I personally only used .pdf versions of Mock Exam and Kaplan Qbook and that suited me fine since time is not a problem for me, and I took step 1 and used Qbank last year.
