These notes have introduced clinical cases in between but also cut some concepts of theory from the whole book.
I think Videos explain stuff very well and Lionel Raymon may be boring and monotonous but is a good teacher making this subject digestible if not interesting.
2000 - 2002 notes are pretty good if Underground clinical vignettes used it makes up for the deficiency - or even better.
