As MSPE is released to the programs after Nov 1st, it should not make any big impact on number of interview calls for an IMG. Its because most of us recieve almost all interview calls before Nov.

If you have chosen no as an option in caf, ERAS will provide a filler MSPE to make your application look complete.
But if you still want to send your deans letter to be used as mspe, you should call eras ecfmg and request for that. I dont know if that is possible, but there is no harm in trying.
