some one tell me root value of these nerve

Also Hip extension caused by inferior gluteal N.-L5 to S2 which supplies the gluteus maximus
Axillary N.-c56 supples the deltiod and teres minor
long thoracic N.-C567 Supplies the long thoracic N. lesion causes winging of scapula
