1. When a cytogenetic abnormality is suspected in an infant with multiple congenital anomalies, chromosomes from circulating leukocytes are analyzed. These chromosomes are most condensed and easiest to evaluate in which of the following states?
A. Anaphase

B. Interphase

C. Metaphase

D. Prophase

E. Telophase





Qs are to be Explained, otherwise, please don't bother.

On this case give examples of other tests you can run on these phases.

Prophase- the chromosome are well defined and easy to evaluate
Metaphase - is for the karyotype analysis
