in a term mother who is HBs antigen + , which of the following will reduce the likely hood of hep B transmission to the neonate. a Ceserean section b postdelivery immediate HBIG and vaccine at birth c bottle feeding instead of breast feeding

also does any one know in such a case is c-section warrented or do we do a vaginal delivery
