what is the cause of decreased libido in a women of 52, who had a hysterectomy 8 months ago and is on HRT- conjugated Estrogen. Vagina is moist on exam.
a decrease in androgens
b. decrease in LH
c decrease in FSH
d decrease in prolactin
e decrease in progesterone
or increase in the above....im thinking its decreased androgens?

a. it is the decrease in androgens, as androgens have a role to paly in libido.
