suppose a pt reports decreased fetal movements at 29 weeks of getsation..how do we decide wether an NST or a BPP is the answer..?
i know an NST is done as a part of BPP..but do we always do it first and then order a bPP..in that case teh anwer for Qs wud be an NST always ...

please do help

kaplan says if NST is persistently nonreactive then a BPP is done.
