in a 14 month old presenting with intussusception how would u manage?

a. water soluble enema
b. x ray upper GI with contrast
c. admit for total parental nutrition
d. corticosteroid enema
e. immediate laprotomy

contrast enema is diagnostic and therapeutic.I would go with B.

what about water soluble contrast?
i had the same question without ugi contrast as an option
is water soluble contrast a valid treatment?
