these i feel are the two most important ages to remember as a lot of recommendations use these as the cut off..

1. pneumococcal vaccine
2. colon Ca screening
3. influenza vaccine
4. CVS stuff

the above were ' routine'..if other factors, may be given earlier..
4. avg 50...men 45, women 55 is a risk factor for CHD, however, when u look at family history, its women<65 and men <55 to be called premature CHD
