The answer is B, cause both Influenza and Yellow fever vaccines are in close contact with eggs. Therefore, patients with egg allergy won't be able to tolerate them. MMR is safe in patients with egg allergy.

u meabnt C right..this is bscoz most reactions in MMR are due to the gelatin component, rather than the egg.
