with so many applicants, and their huge files - the CAF, 3-4 LORs, PS etc, how does a PC/PD get time to read all of them in a month or month and a half?

on top of that how do they get time to re-read them if initially application was incomplete? At the time of rejecting/offering interview when they receive all the documents, they cant possibly remember what they had read some days/weeks earlier.

bbb, its a torrid time right?
