Does anyone know about Cook County's (Chicago, IL) Primary care track? How likely can one obtain a fellowship given they went to a primary care track?

Sorry, I think primary care is just that - primary care - not a track to a fellowship.
Laptop - if I am downloading documents from ERAS, I can't get on line. If I don't download so that I can hang out here, then people post and want to know why a program isn't going to download their stuff. I can't win.
