Do programs come back everyday to eras for new information on applicants. Is there some automatic system that tells them if there are any new files for an applicant.

I believe it is similar to receiving email..they are notified whenever any new documents are available for each application..it is upto them when they wish to download it

BBB confirms this every day (and probably will). We have to download everything available. Yes, there is a filter that is pulled to receive only new information.
