What is the most common location for an inhaled/aspirated foreign body to end up if the patient is lying on his/her back? Be specific as to which lung and which lung segment.

it is the question that was asked inThe Turkey's residency exam,the answer is Rigt posterior middle segment,i think... i will check it out as soon as possible

the answer wpuld be the 'superior segment of the right lower lobe'. i am sure of that.
