hi;
I need to know what is difference between NRMP and ERAS ,i loged in in ERAS,should i log in NRMP also ? and if yes why i need to do that ,please help me in details because i dont understand difference between them.

NRMP is the matching program ,We submit our rank order list there. We have to register at www.nrmp.org. But you can do it later cause if u take a prematch. You wont need it.

prematch is when u go to interview and they like u and offer u aposition. not waiting till march.
