A 45-year-old patient reports to his primary care physician complaining of chronic, burning epigastric pain. A diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease is made. cimetidine increase the actions of warfarin
so that drug would be contraindicated

Sorry to say both Cimetidine and Omeprarzole increase the action of Warfarin and bleeding tendency.

I do not know which choice to select.

thanku suv. acc to the link,
CBZ- action of warfarin decrease
phenytoin - variable.

both phenytoin & CBZ are inducers of CYP. so why the diff?
