Personal statements are supposed to be personal. Just write in gramatically correct english what makes you who you are, why u are here, ur goals, aspirations, love for the branch etc.etc.

When you write you letter, make sure you mention something that will make you stand out, so that they remember you. Don't let it sound like everyone else's. They have to read a ton of them. Make sure someone proofreads your statement. You can also go to Yahoo and just type "example clinical personal statements, or residency personal statements to pull up some examples.
