16 yrs old with chestpain was brought to the causualty.on examination she was found to be hypertensive and tachycardic. ECG has shown ST elevation in first four precordial leads.ECHO has shown ejection fraction to be 45%. CPK and troponin levels are elevated. what is the diagnosis ? a.Crack cocaine usage b.pericarditis c.Myocarditis d.cardiomyopathy e.mitral valve prolapse

answer is a, I am sure. Actually, I have seen myself young patient with SVT and quite similiar symptoms in ER.
