"A" Bradykinin is a potent endothelium-dependent vasodilator, causes contraction of non-vascular smooth muscle, increases vascular permeability and also is involved in the mechanism of pain. In some aspects, it has similar actions to that of histamine, and like histamine is released from venules rather than arterioles.

If the Pt respond to B agonist, thgere is not inflamatory related responce, all others answers are related to inflamatory respon..
That why we used B adre... and esteroid in pt with asthma asthma

I forgot, B agonist do not relive anxiety directly, just figure out a pt with dyspnea and you relive it....the anxiety gone!

C) Leukotrines .. Major mediators of Bronchoconstriction ..

leukotriene cause broncoconstric... u are right, however, mechanism of accion is throught Histamin....TX too. That's why I go for A..
I am not comppletly sure.

  #15

bradykinin causes angioedema! not asthama! bradykinin is increased by ACE inhibitors * captopril * not aspirin
