What about A?

I mean E

I think it is A. why?
b coz Staph. aureus affects surgical wounds by releasing TSST 1 which is very common with step. in wound dehiscence after surgery.
about other choices:
B.sputum is not common b coz staph will cause pneumonia usually after viral infection.
C.stool, I don't know if there is any relation btwn staph and stool, staph is normal flora on skin and can't be in GI tract, and even in those with food poisining it is not the bacteria that causes the disease but rather it is the TOXIN
D.Urine, it is not Stphylococcus that causes UTI but it is Staphylococcus saprophyticus that causes UTI in ptns with urine catheter in hospital
E.Nares, it is the same reason as B. which is not common route for infection of staph. aureus.
D.
