i am an img scrores 84,88,ecfmg certified.GC holder. i ve 3 lors from my home country and 1 u.s lor that was sent on 9 sep. it take around 10 mare days to upload. should i wait for 10 days to apply to programs or apply now ? does it going to make any difference?
