a 65 yr old man with inguinal adenopathy undergoes LN biopsy.light. micro. shows most of the cells r well defined ,uniform,glandular,,nuclei is small with inconspicious nucleoli.immunohistochemical stain for PSA is +.this is most consistent with foll.
1. high grade high stage neoplasm
2.high grade low stage neoplasm
3. low grade high stage neoplasm
4.low grade ,low stage neoplasm

why cant it be 4?
coz the tumor has been described to be well defined .
do u know any classification related to the qt?

stage define the spread of the tumer the higher the more sprad
grade define the how will differentiated the tumer is. the more differentiated the lower the grade
