I've scheduled an interview and since received a form to be brought to the interview.

One section reads as follows: Please submit documentation of clinical clerkships completed.

Type of clerkship.............location.............# of weeks.

1. Do they want us to list specialty (IM or Surgery) and the total number of weeks or do we list each and every subspecialty that we did a couple of days or weeks in?

2. Is our medical school transcript the documentation they want? Mine list only specialty & grade, not subspecialties or weeks.

Well dane, I just received the a similar request form along with an interview invitation and in this form it was clear to me that they wanted to know exactly what, where and for how long were my Clerkships and clinical rotations.

In this regard I had no doubt to answer back a long list of clinical
rotations (everysingle one) with dates and name of places or even name of Dr's who supervised me.

After all this they answered me that everything was complete and that my interview date was confirmed.

I hope it may help
